WEEKENDS AT HOSTELS: The full cost to be paid to the treasurer at group meetings before the stated deadline for the particular event. In exceptional circumstances, alternative arrangements may be made at the Treasurer's discretion. All weekends away will include a walk on one or both days unless otherwise indicated.

DEPOSITS: Where deposits are taken for events, they will not be repayable unless the member cancels well in advance and the group does not incur any loss as a consequence of the cancellation.
