Northampton Outdoor Group General Information
The Group was formed in September 1993 and is affiliated to the Youth Hostels Association (England and Wales). There are over 80 Local Groups countrywide.
We meet on the second Monday of each month (excluding December) from 8-10 pm at Abington
Bowling Club, Park Avenue South, Abington, Northampton. Click here for map.

The meetings provide an opportunity
to co-ordinate events, socialise and often involve a slide show, talk, quiz or similar.
The Group comprises people of all ages and backgrounds and various levels of fitness. Although
many members are keen walkers, most Group events are relatively non-challenging to allow most
people to participate.
If you feel that we can provide what you are looking for, please come along to any of our meetings or events, as detailed on our programme. (Please refer to Events). You are welcome to attend up to three times (excluding weekends away) before deciding to join.
